Disconnects each time I enter any room

Hello! Unfortunately, every time I enter any room (including guest rooms) upon opening the game, my game disconnects. This has never happened before, but has been occurring today for some reason. The room loads, (but the items within guest rooms don't), and then it crashes almost immediately. I have absolutely no idea why it is doing this and it's getting really frustrating. If anyone has any ideas about how I can resolve this, I would be so grateful.

Are you using firefox, MyVMK Pal, or something else to log on?

Something I would try is either updating, or rolling back your install of Shockwave, since neither Firefox or myVMKPal are working.
