I'm assuming you mean a page does not show up when you select the big purple "Click here to enter the raffle!" text on the main post, rather than when you select the button to enter on that page. If so, do you just see a white screen?

Considering that you've tried on two computers (I assume with Internet Explorer on both), if I had to guess, I would say it's the browser. I would try another browser, and if that doesn't work, don't be afraid to say so.
