Glitch with Adventure Through Inner Space Quest: Tomorrow Land Hub Bottom

I am currently doing the Adventure Through inner space quest. I am on the tomorrow land monorail part and have to go to the bottom of Tomorrow Land Hub to find another atom.
I don't know how to get to the bottom.
Sometimes, getting off at the tomorrow land monorail station works. Please fix this glitch.

Go into the teleporter in the Hub and then click on the lower level.
