I can log in, but cant navigate anywhere

I am able to log in, but any location I click on does not load. I pretty much stay at the menu screen/fast travel screen.

When I'm in the connection automatically times out.
Tried using VMKPal and same thing.

Cleared cache
Reset IE and Firefox back to factory settings
Updated the adobe shockwave
Flush DNS
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
enabled vmk client in compatibility view settings

Nothing seems to be working. Is anyone having the same issues?

Sorry I don't have a solution, but I also am having this same exact problem. Hoping someone knows of a solution to this.

when you say menu/fast travel, do you mean the fantasyland background? that is where i am stuck too (or it loads and the goes black). log in is about 7 mins long. i cannot get on using pal or firefox.

help!

It's not the fantasyland background, I get past that. I see the map of all of the locations but cannot click on any of them to move anywhere. Then after about 15 seconds I time out.
