I can't get pass this screen :(

I have tried pretty much everything i can think of! any ideas?
I have waited for a long while to get through this. I have only been able get past TWICE!
It has only started happening today
I finally got through again after waiting for about 5 minutes maybe!!!!! at least it got in this time!

Aha someone actually uses SeaMonkey!

This is most likely a MyVMK, shockwave, or cache issue. Try clearing your browser cache first of all. If that doesn't seem to work, make sure your shockwave installation is up to date (https://get.adobe.com/shockwave/). Lastly, you could try using myVMKPal, a free software that enabled features like auto-login, screenshots, and more! You could also try another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Well I did try other browsers and I did try MyVMKPal, but they all had same problem. Now it seems to have worked itself out so maybe it was just a connection problem I was having. Thank you for replying
