I haven't really seen them traded for items. (I haven't seen anyone trading them at all lately.)
It's up to you, and the person you're trading, I guess.

Honestly, I've never seen them go for above 10k, so I wouldn't expect too much.

i've traded them before for about 15K.. most costumes pieces trade for around 5K each unless they are highly valued (such as cowboy pants) those go for a lot more.

Your best bet is to just post a thread and see what offers you get, since everyone values items so differently.
