Lost Inventory from halloween crates!! :(

I won the top hat from one of the crates, and it is no longer anywhere to be found in my inventory.. I havent traded or sold anything, it just disappeared. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
If staff could reach out, PLEASE HELP! lol
