Master Gracie's Grandfather Clock should Chime the Hour if it's in room or inventory

Master Gracie's Grandfather Clock is very nice but if you have it in your inventory the clock should chime the hour for you.

If it's placed in a room then everyone in the room will hear the chime.

this is a great way to make this wonderful item more interactive.

@princessmcb as in if there's a clock in the room it would chime. you don't need to own one to hear it.
