Oh goodness, you're one of those people.... I get overwhelmed if I have more than five tabs open at once. I'll literally flip out at my friends when they have over ten.

I don't have a crud-load of icons compared to what I used to keep on my old XP , LOL. I consider my desktop pretty organized..-ish.. especially since I keep the other icons hidden away in the Start Menu- it would be chaotic otherwise, so I'm doing pretty well. 6u6
