I've never had the real poutine fries, just the knock offs lol, in Quebec where they originate from I know they use a cheese curd as oppose to just regular cheeses that other places use ( here we tend to get the mozzarella too, but hey one cannot go wrong with the mozza )

My favorite "food" has also always been a little known "secret" for people since ischemic heart disease (coronary) seems to be the number one killer in the world.
Epigallocatechin gallate, polyphenols, ellagic acid, rosiglitazone, reduces LDL. Not to mention the endless ways you can create wine and having it essentially never really going "bad" when properly created and stored.
