Winnie the Pooh Honey Pot Magic! 
It makes you hold a pot of Honey like winnie the pooh and when you bump into another player the Honey pot falls onto that players head with Bees flying around slowing them down. I hope that makes sense...lol by bump into player I mean like how Zombie Magic works turning other players into zombies, only this would just turn one player you bump into into a slow person with a honey pot on their head
