Quest Not Working

I'm on step 7 and trying to say the unscrambled phrase which I know I'm doing correctly but the quest will not accept it. I've tried in a few different rooms as well as completely restarting the quest. Anyone else having this problem?

@Aglaia sometimes you just go straight to the room, and not scramble the words

Sometimes the quest gets stuck and you just have to start over sadly .

I've tried visiting the room and saying the name. I've also restarted it three times. I'm also on a Mac if that makes a difference.

Make sure you say the full name. Or go to the room!

I have tried that. I've made a handful of friends who are also having the same problem of the correct answer not registering.

Each time I try playing JC it keeps freezing in one of the rounds.

I think the best way to solve this is to quit the quest and start over.

I had the same problem, basically (every time I went to the room my avatar wouldn't appear so I kept getting stuck near that part of the quest, even though I'd restarted the quest 5+ times). I even sent in a help report. What browser are you on? I switched to Chrome and it ended up working.
