Shoutbox Not Connecting?

I'm having an issue where the Shoutbox isn't connecting? I'll be waiting almost five minutes. It says 'Connecting...' at the top, but it's not loading? Is someone able to help me? I know I'm not shoutbox banned because I didn't do anything to be banned?

I think it may be broken. I refreshed the page at 8 and it just says connecting

This always happens to me if I am using internet explorer or firefox but the shoutbox always works in chrome. Is there something I could do to make it work in IE and firefox? Thank you!

This issue has been resolved, a bug was hit killing a core component rendering the shoutbox broken for everyone.
