Unable to buy camera???

So, Im trying to do all of the Autopia quests (because I'm bored), and I went to the magic shop, clicked on the camera and film, and went to purchase, and it doesnt deduct any of my credits or purchase it...?
What am I doing wrong ):

Check that you don't already have it. I never bought mine I just automatically had it.

For some reason it stopped being buy-able a long time ago, (if I remember correctly) Amy gave everyone 100 films to be able to take pictures with.

I haven't been able to buy film at all since I've been here. I never received any when I first signed in, either.

tbh I would just send another cfh because that's pretty ridiculous or even email them about the issue (although they take a while to respond to emails as well)
