User's name when hovering mouse over.

I see pictures of people that have names showing over another user's character. But i've never been able to do this. I have tried Google Chrome, FireFox and MyVMK Pal, and none of them let me do this. Is there some way to fix this?

hi! im not an expert but you possibly may need to update your shockwave. no guarantees it'll work but that's just my guess

I already tried that, thank you though![DOUBLEPOST=1405106231][/DOUBLEPOST]I ended up trying Internet Explorer and it worked, even though multiple other browsers didn't work.
