What can I get with three Mansion clocks and six bat magics?

I'm just curious. I want to know my options.

Plus what IS a Flip hat worth? I want to get my hands on one. It's the only thing I'm missing that I want.

EDIT: Oh and I have a 1 star invisibility too.

I'm really not sure about the flip hats...some people complain an offer is too much, and some too little. I also want one, but I don't think my stuff is rare enough.
