Personally i'm not a fan of the simplicity of the design. I know they want to keep it simple to attract attention but to me it just looks like a step back into the 90's or something.

I like it. I'm glad they're keeping the W8 look. I hated W7.

It seems like they're kind of mixing windows 8 and 7 which is great idea imo.
I don't know if I'm a fan of all the bright colors and new icons but since it's customizable on windows 8 now I assume it will be for 9. Hopefully they even added more customizable opportunities so I don't have to use oblytile for every new program I want on my start screen.

I hope there's an option to get rid of the Win 8 Metro extension to the start menu.
