I was wondering about the delay;
It's gotta either be a really cool, exciting theme with lots of planning needed and suspense built.
or
They weren't sure which month theme to green light from their list.

Or its a boring one that they're in no rush to implement.

On the main page where you sign in to play the game. They post the newsletter talking about what is happening. Each month there is a new theme and we are all waiting to know what the new theme is this month.
