I started playing VMK late May 2005 (had the From Day 1 badge!) until the day it closed. I missed it (& my items haha) so much, but there was nothing I could do, so I looked towards other games to play. Fast forward time, and imagine my surprise when I saw MyVMK! I'm starting all over again, and the road hasn't been easy, but I'm enjoying the feeling of walking around VMK grounds again.
