Fixed Cannot enter any driving track

To be able to operate your car magic on the tracks you must do the following first:
-Head to the Qutopia Quest Track
-Equip some car magic and drive onto the course
-Collect 15 gas cans
Once you complete these tasks you will receive your license which will allow you to be able to enter the tracks in the rest of Tomorrowland. Your magic may be a 1 star magic, which is the reason it ends so fast, however, you can purchase more car magics in the Inner-space shop and combine them to increase the use of the magic (as well as decrease the cool down times).
