Can't log-on?

I log in to the website, click play and it starts then it logs me out, so I log back in again and it says shockwave player is unresponsive, would you like to stop it, and I press no. It then loads to "Loading Character Information" and stays there. It's not frozen because the green bar is moving. What should I do?

what browser do you use? i was using google chrome and that would happen to me, even after updating. i decided to try firefox since i had it on my computer and i haven't had a single problem getting on since.

I was using chrome, and I switched to Mozilla, but it was doing the same thing.
