the edges are pixel and the circle is slanted. i would definitely shrink it down and make it a perfect circle.

It should be in vector format, the circle is an oval not a full circle, the gradient should be removed along with the bevel, inner glow, outer glow, and drop shadow.

In addition, the colors are not the same hue, so the outer part of the circle doesn't match the inner gradient at all.
You shouldn't be using photoshop or gimp you should be using illustrator if you're making a logo.
