Epcot Room Pin?

I've heard people talking about the HOST prize for the month being the "Epcot Room Pin". Is it just a pin, or does the winner also get the guest room?

Its a pin that can give you the room.. If that makes sense? It's basically so rooms are tradable.

you get the pin. You can then wear it, take it off, "claim" it and will become a room on your rooms list.. or trade it.

in 1.0 or at some point in 1.0.. ALL our rooms can be turned into pins.

Bought 10 of all buy-able rooms to date except for the football room in hopes of this kind of future WOOT.
