Fantasyland Courtyard Rides

Every time I finish the ride on both Fantasyland Courtyard Rides, I do not get a Sword in the Stone pin. I've tried many times and I cannot get one. I have never gotten one before. Is this a bug, or what can I do to fix this?

Unfortunately, it's just bad luck. Keep riding! I'm sure you'll eventually get one

You don't get one every time you ride, it's random.

It's just luck.. you just have really bad luck. You can't really fix it ):

Stick to one ride for a few times, if nothing then try the other one a few times. That usually works for me

I usually have streaks where i ride 10 in a row without luck. Just keep trying
I get one like every 4 tries, however its impossible for me to pull the sword

Oh, alright. I understand. It makes sense now. I suppose the reason why I cannot get one is because I have terrible luck, haha. Well, thanks for you guys' help. I appreciate it.
