help please

Hi okay I know I haven't been on the game in a while but I just logged on for the first time in probably 3 months and all of my rare items are just gone. I did not give out my password/ give away my account so I'm wondering if this is an issue of me being inactive or worse..
Among my missing items was most importantly my Minnie hat.
I'm not really one to make a huge deal over virtual items so I'm not going to be bugging you guys excessively but I would really just like to get this cleared up and hopefully get my items returned to me?? If possible? thanks I really appreciate the help

I can't imagine it being an issue for being inactive, I'd pm Grizzly about it unless someone knows something else

Yes I reported it in the game but I think this would be an easier way to let developers know it happened lol.

This is something you need to PM Amy and Grizzly about (just send the same message to them both and whoever gets to it first will help the best they can). I've never heard of this before so I hope it's just a glitch and your items will be returned.

I'd also send a call for help in game since this is an in-game occurrence.
