If I wanna listen to the radio I turn it off, (and JC) Also if I don't wear headphones or i'd be disrupting someone i'd turn it off, otherwise I leave it on.
It really depends on whether I feel like being nostalgic or I want to listen to a podcast or some jazz music. Otherwise, I have a 50/50 sound on sound off ratio.
