Not yet fixed Items bought but not in inventory

I also tried sending a message for this. I had over 2,000 credits and bought 2 of each type of HM flat @ 500 credits each. I got HM flat #2, but my other HM flats are missing.

After calling for help, I'm being told that they can see the 2 HM flat 2's in my room. These are in my room, but it doesn't help for the missing flats.

I'm now out both 1,000 credits and the flats I bought.

Has anyone else ever experienced something like this?

Update: Apparently the system didn't log my purchases and there's nothing they can do about it (as in what they're telling me I purchased is a combination of what I purchased at the time, and what I purchased earlier). Not a huge deal in this instance (although still unfortunate). But, it makes me nervous about purchasing in the future - like will I lose credits and/or items. I guess I'm going to have to start screenshotting my credits before purchase, with the date/time in the pic, and after purchase, etc. Hopefully they will accept those as proof should this issue happen again.
