Hi, whenever i log in to play it says something like 'plug in is not responding' and asks me if I want to end it. If I click 'no' I get in but get disconnected a few minutes later AND I have to start the whole log-in process (including the main page) all over again. If I click yes I don't get in, period. Sometimes I get the re-authenticate page over and over again. What is going on?
