Logging on with a diff. Laptop

I'm only able to log on myVMK with my mac but its kind of laggy compared to a PC we have in the house.
When I try to log on with the Dell it loads the beginning logo perfectly fine but then when it comes to updating it zooms right past that and I'm stuck at a black screen..

whats wrong???

idek, on my computer sometimes the game loads perfect, sometimes it doesn't. i never know what's wrong, i just try until it comes up. never know if it's the game or the computer im on, sometimes it even works on one browser and not another, like if im on google chrome and it's not working i jump to firefox and it's fine. so confusing.

i switch between firefox and google chrome on this computer and it does the same thing

Have you cleared cache & cookies? Also updated shockwave?
Firefox works best for me for the game on the Mac.

Can I suggest - do not upgrade your Mac to Mavericks yet as the game is currently not running on Mavericks due to a shockwave-related issue.

I'm able to log on perfectly fine with my mac, i cannot log on with the dell. D: ^^
