Making items

Hi! I was wondering how people make/recolor items? Like the pins I've seen players make or items, etc. Wondering what they use for the game? Thanks for any help! I'm ready to learn.

Woops read that wrong haha, I use paint.net for my stuff. takes a while to get used to though if you haven't used it before.

I use Photoshop and just mess around with the hue saturation. Using the Wand tool, where you can select any part/chunk of the item, helps a lot. Paint will work too.

They use an application called Adobe Photoshop CC. Well that's what I use now. I learned how to use Photoshop two or three times in different classes I took in Middle School/High School. It's just basic; so Photoshop 101.
