When my sister attempts to login to the game on her computer, while I'm already in on mine, the game kicks me off, and vice versa to the connection from this session already detected screen.
Contact your ISP to see if they can come up with a solution to the problem. Most likely if a ground or terminator is not placed right that could be a problem. Or it could be cables that need to be replaced. Either way from what it looks like your problem is locally. Good Luck getting it fixed.
