I've shared this before and it may still be helpful if you haven't tried it:

If you are using windows,
I had similar issues. Simba suggested that I try this and it worked for me:
1.) Close all browsers including MyVMKPal
2.) Open a command prompt (start, all programs, accessories, command prompt)
3.) Type "del %TEMP%\*.cct" (without quotes) and hit enter
4.) Launch MyVMKPal and clear its cache using "Settings" - "Having issues?" - "Clear Cache/Cookies"
That seems to clear both the Windows and MyVMKPal shockwave flash caches. You should now be able to login with MyVMKPal and things will be back to normal.

Also, recently I have occasional game lockups when viewing certain pages of my inventory while using MyVMKPal. I think it may be caused by part of the transition to the alpha client and will eventually be resolved. I wanted to let you know in case you experience the same thing.
