I'm putting this bluntly. We screwed up myVMKPal bad with version 2.1. The payout estimator had a lot of unexpected problems at release, and we can't seem to find a good way to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. It won't even work on my machine without problems, no matter what I try.
Due to this, with version 2.1d, the payout estimator will be completely disabled. We figured you would rather be able to use myVMKPal, then sit around with a broken program waiting for us to fix it.
The payout estimator WILL be released at a later date, but we are currently unable to give you guys an estimate at this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, and promise that this won't happen again in the future.
