Princess Tiara Silver disappearing

Anyone else notice that the Princess Tiara Silver item is invisible in the inventory and you can't wear it? Sometimes it comes back and then disappears again.

yeah, sometimes it disappears for me too and doesn't show up on my character when i'm in my wardrobe trying it on - but when I click apply anyway, it always shows up on my character for everyone else to see. I noticed some other items that are like this too.
