In the outside room, there is meant to be a warp on either side of the room on the bottom layer. If you try use this teleport then you will be completely stuck. The only thing you can do is glitch over the screen over and over as you can't leave on either side, so your character will just fly across the screen if you try move. If you stand still you will be stuck but you can use your gun during all of this so you may get lucky and get a few ghosts.
