Unable to Access myVMK!!!!!

Posting this on the behalf of a friend who cannot get on;

what does it mean if i cannot access the myVMK homepage, forums, OR the game??? I have tried on both my laptop and a friend's, so i know it has nothing to do with my laptop

whenever i try to access the homepage or forums it won't process or it will only say "site may be busy"

any ideas?????
