Value of Brown Mansion Suit

Can anyone give me an estimate of the value of a Full Brown Haunted Mansion Suit?

Jacket, Pants, Shoes and Top Hat

Maybe around 20-30k for the whole outfit? I've never traded one but it always seems to be in demand.

I was thinking that the demand was more around the 50K range, but I seriously don't know. It is one of the more popular outfits. I've seen it priced much higher, but to me (and again this is my value on it, though I don't have it for trade) 50K seems fair.

A set went recently for 40k I believe. I would say it's worth a bit more though. Maybe around 50-60k.

I have traded Mansion suit recently and was able to get a PPR Peter Pan Pin for the Pants and Tophat. I firmly believe that excluding the Tophat each Brown Mansion Piece is worth 2 gift cards each with the entire suit going for 70k but that is because I am also unwilling to let it go for any less than that. With cowboy Pants trading for 30k the Mansion Pants which are highly unlikely to be re-released should be worth that as well. It's also a great looking outfit but you all are probably well aware of my addiction to it. When the haunted mansion game starts working again I am fairly certain that the Tophat will be released again and maybe a different color like Grey or Black will be released as well. I also put in a request with HOST_Celluloid for a Purple Mansion suit with a Haunted Mansion Tophat Zebra Print with Fez.

On another note be sure to offer the Mansion Suit in your Angel offer incase it is something that the person trading angel might like it. I firmly believe it is the rarest costume in game with a low probability of being re-released any time soon.
