This has happened many many times.
When I leave and come back some items have put on top of pixels have fallen to the bottom. When this happens I build it back up and do not put anything on top. I found leaving the room and coming back helps save the column. Then I add an item like the clock. Leave room an come back and see if it saves.
This is not a big issue for when there is only one column. however, it can become an issue when you have built something tricky. Will be a really issue when ride building begins. Will not be so easy to take apart.
I have also found pixels to change spots. Say you have a row of white pixels and had a row of brown pixels. Some times when you come back into the room the white and brown have changed places. When this happens again I will post.
