Who made the homepage?

I'm wondering this because no one seems to know. I remember they might have had a homepage making contest, but that never happened.

For being constructed in a hurry, I think it was a brilliant design. Even somewhat better than the orange final homepage of the original game. I assume this was created by Amy or one of the staff members?
