Why is there no sound?

I promise I have my volume up, and in the game too. But why can't I hear anything? Is there no sound or?

Maybe your speakers are broken? Try headphones and see if they work, if they don't, then it may be your computer. I'm pretty sure it's not the game.

i hear sound on other things, such as youtube.

Are you sure you're connected to the right audio device? Right click the sound icon in the bottom right, go to playback devices, and ensure you're on the right one. Also Right click the volume icon and go to the mixer and double check that the volume is turning up for your internet browser and shockwave.

It won't show up under MyVMK. It'll show up as flash player plugin or shockwave plugin or something like that.

Also, I believe your sound settings are stored locally and not in game. Try resetting your cache/cookies and see if that fixes your sound.
