Avatar Problems

[Metaphor]

I can't change my icon and I've tried the image in both .png and .jpg. It's the correct size, too. When I try to change it a box pops up that says The following error occured: The image could not be processed by the server. Please try another or contact the site owner.

Is this happening to anyone else or is my computer just being glitchy?

You can use Gravatar. Pretty simple and easy to use. That's what I did.

It's under the "change avatar" option. You just sign up, upload an image, and then enter an email under the change avatar option.

I keep trying to change my avatar but no matter what picture I use or file extension there is always an error.

This is the picture I want to use. It is 240x220

Any help? ?? ??
