Can't see new release

I've tired looking for the new release for today, the oswald ears, in the emporium but they don't seem to be there? I can only see the mickey mood sad pin. I've had no problem seeing the other daily releases in the past week and I've been told that other people can see the ears in the emporium. I've also tired reloading the room, reloading the game and using the launcher and safari but I still can't see them.

Is there anything I can do?

We are currently aware of this issue and are working on a solution for this.
What happened is that the game is reading the ears as a male only hat when they are supposed to be gender neutral.
It's not a problem on the players side but a issue on ours.

Please bare with us until this is fixed.

The Oswald Ears will be an extended release until they are fixed. So no one should miss out on obtaining them.
