I don't really fully know the criteria for the pranks, but if you stumble upon my prank on this thread, there's an example of a prank that was awarded a teal jester hat.
My prank was basically this:
-My best friend (whom has recently left the forums/game) traded me awaiting a surprise as a pay back for giving me his stitch hat because he didn't like stitch, free of charge.
-I made it seem like I was going to give him another stitch hat to thank him, and I traded him one and he freaked out. He was so excited, he even reloaded the game because it at first didn't show up in his inventory.
-He reloads to find out it was actually a stitch hat ornament, and I yell April Fool's, it's an ornament. He gave it back after we had a good laugh.
All of this was extensively screen-captured and then posted in my submission on this thread.
