all of my holiday crates are gone

i got a holiday crate from an npc today and i went to go put it in my holiday crate room then when i got in there all of the holiday crates i had already collected disappeared
the only one in my inventory is the one i just got and the rest arent in any of my other rooms
i dont know if this is a bug but i was wondering if this happened to anybody else
yes i did log in and out

im having this problem too. Just got crates from NPC and i cant see them or place them. i re-entered my room and i still cant see them =/
