alright, can't get on again

i've had to completely restore my computer recently and ever since then, i've not been able to get on the game. for a while, i was getting to the loading furniture data and then disconnected so i uninstalled/reinstalled shockwave and now on both firefox and chrome when i try to enter the game i just get black. i've deleted cookies, cache, reinstalled browsers, installed the full version and the slim version of shockwave, restarted my computer, looked at firewall settings, and nothing. any ideas on what i can do?

Same thing is happening to me still! has been for like 2 weeks. I have no idea what to do because it just randomly started.

it's such a bummer, from what i understand there are tons of people with this problem and no fix

Are you restarting your computer? I had to install shockwave and restart. I also can not click or do ANYTHING until I can see the map.
