Black screen?

So when I try to log in, all I get is a black screen? Nothing is loading, and I've waited for a long time. I've been having shockwave issues already, and used to get to the clothing loading screen before it cut me off, but now I just get the black screen. What's going on? I can only play MyVMK on a different laptop with an older version of shockwave, and I want it to work on my own?

I would reinstall, Shockwave is weird when it comes to installations and can sometimes corrupt itself.

did that, but now it disconnects me after the clothing loading screen. Any fixes? I've already cleared my cache multiple times.
