Canot get into vmk

hello my wife cannot log into myvmk when she tries, we have cleaned her cache, cookies and computer. It says "something has gone wrong with the myvmk website! Don't worry, it's not your fault, please try again in a moment or go to homepage", but when she does it just happens all over again, she cant send a message because that has not been fixed yet either, it says that she has not confirmed but she never receives anything at her email. Her screen name is ksnugglebear, and her email is ksnugglebear@ yahoo.com. Can you please help fix it so she can log in to the game. Thank you.

Put myvmk.com/retro in your search bar to get into the game.
I had the same problem today.

That happened to me too.... just typing in myvmk.com/retro and logging in from there, worked like a charm for me

yeah its been doing this since about 4 o'clock this afternoon. It's irking me.
