okay I'm getting really annoyed, haven't been able to go on for a couple days. it started with the game not loading certain rooms or taking forever to load and now i can't log in at all! i tried everything, cache and redownloading shockwave, nothing is working. i have a MAC so i have the downloaded application since it can't work on a MAC...help please!!!

Hi @marisa_dance, are you on El Capitan? If so, I'm pretty sure MyVMK Experience (by @oatman) will not work. However, @Fantasyliger disabled rootless (a security feature built into El Capitan).
If you are on Mavericks or Yosemite, then Reinstall MyVMK Experience.
