Technically Disney doesn't have the film rights of Deadpool, Fox I believe is making the new movie. Although Deadpool did appear on Ultimate Spiderman on Disney XD.

tbh this may be a game based off a Disney game, but when was a Gas Mask ever Disneyish? This is a different game and it's a lot more accepting and open about things so I say, why not? Anything's possible.

But he is also super violent and graphic so it's understandable if a costume isn't made.
