Firewalls Auto Turn off

I've noticed after turning firewalls on, after logging off and logging or leaving they automatically turn off.

If a room is left empty all of the lights that were left on turn off.

I think its annoying having to turn them on each time I enter my room..js

Bumping this up so @Amy @Kevin @Grizzly @Shane can see. Also another problem with turning firewalls on/off is when they are stacked, if you want to turn a firewall that is underneath another firewall off, it only turns the very top firewall on/off. Which means you have to go through the hassle of unstacking each 1 to turn it on/off. So it becomes very annoying when you exit your room and they all turn off to have to unstack and turn each one on (one by one).
